Why AZE

What you actually get for the rate

Rates back inside the hour

Send the lane during business hours and you get a real number, not a placeholder to be confirmed later.

Tracking on every load

A link you can forward to your customer, plus updates from dispatch at every milestone.

One dispatcher who knows you

The same person handles your account, so your quirks and your receivers are already understood.

Paperwork same day

Signed bill of lading and delivery photos come back the day it delivers, so invoicing never waits.

Insured and documented

Cargo and auto liability certificates in your setup packet, current copies whenever you need one.

Straight answers on capacity

If we cannot cover the date we say so on the call, so you still have time to place it elsewhere.

Onboarding

Set up in a day, not a fortnight

01

Send your details

Company name, billing contact, the freight you move and the lanes you run most.

02

Sign the packet

We email the shipper packet with our authority, insurance certificates and terms. Sign and send it back.

03

Book your first load

Give dispatch the lane and the pickup window. You get the driver, the truck number and a tracking link.

04

Get your paperwork

Signed bill of lading, delivery photos and the invoice, all on the day it delivers.

Freight staged and labelled ready for collection
Getting the best rate

How to make your freight cheaper to move

Rates are not just distance. A few things on your side move the number more than any negotiation will, and we would rather tell you than quietly charge you for them.

  • Give us a wider pickup window. A two day window instead of a hard morning slot lets us pair your load with a truck already heading that way.
  • Book the return leg. Freight going back the direction our trailer is already travelling is the cheapest capacity in the market.
  • Have the freight ready. Detention costs everyone. Palletized, labelled and staged means the driver is loaded and legal on time.
  • Tell us the real weight. Reweighs, permits and citations cost far more than the honest number would have.

Questions

Working with us

How do I set up an account with AZE Logistics?

Send your company details and we email a shipper packet the same day. Sign it, send back your insurance certificate if we are loading at your facility, and you can book freight immediately.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are agreed in your setup packet before the first load. Invoices go out with the signed bill of lading attached the same day the freight delivers.

Do you provide proof of delivery?

Yes. Signed bill of lading and delivery photos are sent back the same day, and stored so you can request a copy months later without a hunt.

What happens if something goes wrong?

You hear about it from us first, with the reason and the new plan. Claims are documented from the photos taken at pickup and delivery, and handled by the same person who booked your load.
