Refrigerated trucking, with the temperature actually watched
Temperature controlled freight where the setpoint is agreed in writing, monitored the whole way, and provable on delivery.

Reefer freight lives and dies on the details
A refrigerated load is not just a colder dry van. Pre cool, setpoint, continuous or cycle mode, airflow and pulp temperature at the door all decide whether the receiver accepts the load or rejects it on the spot.
- Pre cooled before we arrive. The trailer is brought to temperature before loading, not after, because product loaded into a warm box never fully recovers.
- Setpoint confirmed in writing. The temperature and the mode go on the rate confirmation, so there is no argument at the receiver about what was agreed.
- Monitored the whole way. Continuous monitoring in transit, and the driver checks at every stop rather than at the end.
- Download on delivery. A temperature download is available at delivery so the receiver can see the whole run, not just the number on the door.
Freight we move on this equipment every week
Produce and fresh food
Tight appointment windows, short shelf life and receivers who check pulp temperature at the dock.
Dairy, frozen and protein
Deep frozen and chilled product where a few degrees of drift is the difference between delivered and rejected.
Pharma and sensitive goods
Loads where the paperwork matters as much as the temperature. Tell us the protocol and we will follow it or decline the load.
Specifications and how we run it
The numbers shippers ask for before they book. If your freight sits outside any of these, say so and dispatch will tell you what it needs instead.
Talk to dispatchAsked before most bookings
What temperature do you set the trailer to?
Whatever your product requires, and we put it in writing on the rate confirmation before pickup. If you are not sure, tell us the commodity and we will tell you what receivers in that category normally expect.
Can you provide proof of temperature on delivery?
Yes. A reefer download is available at delivery, which shows the whole run rather than a single reading at the door.
Do you haul frozen as well as chilled?
Yes, both. Frozen and chilled cannot ride together in a single compartment trailer, so tell us up front if the load is mixed and we will plan the equipment properly.
What happens if the reefer fails in transit?
The driver calls dispatch immediately, not at delivery. Depending on where the truck is and what the product is, that means a repair, a transfer or getting the load to the nearest cold storage. You will hear from us while it is happening.
