When you send a freight quote request, a driver application or an email through this site, we receive the details you type in, which may include your name, company, phone number, email address, lane details and anything you write in the message box. Our web server also keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses and browser information for security purposes.
Why we collect it
- To quote and arrange the freight you asked about.
- To contact you about a driving position you applied for.
- To keep records required of a motor carrier.
- To protect the website from abuse.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Who else sees it
Only the people at AZE Logistics who need it to move your freight or process your application, plus the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. Anyone handling it on our behalf is required to keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and shipping records are kept as long as required for our business and legal obligations. Driver applications are kept for the period required by federal record keeping rules.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Email info@azelogistic.com and we will handle it.
